EXCELLENT! WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!! Veronica met me upon check in and showed me around, very friendly. Everything as described. Home is in perfect condition, looks even better in person than in pictures. Beautiful, clean, new. Veronica had sweet extras like a welcome sign on bedroom door with my name, snacks and water in room. Bedroom was nicely decorated, squeaky clean, comfortable, ceiling fan with light and remote, wifi code. Next to bed are remotes for tv and light/fan, along with a charging cord. Attached full bath is large, super clean, towels were out for me. Beautiful shower with rain shower heads. Kitchen is spectacular, Veronica had some room saved for me in refrigerator that I had requested. Keurig coffee maker. Easy in/out with digital number lock. Beautiful new and quiet neighborhood right off a main road (E Henrietta Rd) with easy access to highways 390 & 590, restaurants, shopping and mall. House is back towards a cul de sac, not near the main road.

Veronica is a wonderful host! From the thoughtful details like snacks in the room, a charger cord for the phone, a variety of shampoos and shower gels, and a neat and comfortable space, she thinks of it all! She’s available if you need anything and gives you space if you don’t. The home is in a new, quiet subdivision where all the homes are neatly maintained. It’s very peaceful in the neighborhood providing the perfect environment for a good night’s sleep. Plus the bed is super comfy! I definitely recommend her as a wonderful host and if I need a place to stay in the Rochester area, her home is at the top of my list!

Nice tidy place located near local colleges. Host is very responsive and helpful.
