Clean comfortable beds, good sized bedrooms, excellent Internet. Limited basic cookware available, but so close to the restaurants that wasn't a problem for us. Jack was very helpful and friendly; he came and adjusted the time settings of the heating for us ( it automatically goes off after a set period controlled by host). The sofa seats 2 people & the small dining table sits 2 in the kitchen/dining/living room. You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes. There is quite a step up into the electric shower, not a problem for young / fit people but I did notice it as a not so young person. The shower has plentiful hot water ( low flow rate). The area was quiet despite being near the town. There is an Asda and Tesco nearby within walking distance. Tea, coffee, and milk available. Wine and biscuits were kindly left for us. The fridge freezer is a good size. Living/ kitchen / dining area ok for 2 people but I think 4 adults would find it a squeeze if planning on staying in for the evening

Jack's place was very comfortable for my friend and I, and we enjoyed staying there for our weekend away. It had all the facilities we needed and the rooms were clean and cosy. Restaurants and pubs were within easy reach, and it was a 15 minute walk to the beach and pier. Jack's communication was excellent throughout. When we arrived there were a couple of blips due to previous guests who had abused the property. Jack was really responsive and came over straight away to resolve the issues. He was very friendly, and he left us with a basket of goodies by way of apology which was a really nice touch!

Ideal place for those looking to feel at home, close to the centre, quiet, all new and well decorated, and the hosts are very attentive, five stars!
