BEWARE… dirty… odor… pet hair Pros: Great Location, host was responsive but response wasn’t very helpful Cons: Toilet didn’t flush and backed up Into the shower, garbage and food left from prior tenant, bugs and dirt in corners and window sills, body hair all over bathroom, comforter smelled of dog and full of dog hair. 10 gallon hot water tank so doing dishes and showering isn’t an option.. shower like you are in a race because you have about 2 min before hot water runs out. I have pics of the shower when the toilet backed up, dirt, garbage overflowing from prior tenant and the food left over as well. Definitely not worth the price. BEWARE!

My partner and I stayed here for a little kid free getaway and we had a great stay. The views were incredible, the hot tub was nice, and the place was comfortable and beautiful.

Very private, views are great, but the place was dirty with dead bugs, and the hot tub was slimy. The hot water ran out fast and there were no extra blankets.

Lenny's place was awesome! The view was BETTER than was depicted in the pictures, because it's hard to accurately capture that much beauty in a photo. Lenny was kind and incredibly responsive, reaching out to us whenever we'd ask a question well within a hour (it was almost instantaneous once we had arrived and had a question about where to park). I would highly recommend this location for the peace, serenity, and incredible views alone- it's well worth the stay, and is an easy drive away from various hikes in the area.

The good: Host was responsive and tried to let us know the place was very small before arriving. Size wasn’t an issue for us, we just needed a place to stay. Views are beautiful and inflatable hot tub was pretty decent for what it is. Dog-friendly is always a plus. The bad: the place was pretty dirty. Dead bugs and dust on arrival. Hair in sink and shower. Someone’s glasses left in there. Construction ongoing at the unit next door until at least 8pm (we left for dinner) with drilling and hammering. The ugly: dogs woke us up at 3am climbing on us because the unit flooded. The toilet base (without the toilet being clogged) flooded the whole room and soaked all of our belongings (they were on the floor because not really anywhere else to put a suitcase or large bag). There was nearly an inch of water we had to walk through to get out. The host refunded us promptly, which we are thankful for, but clearly the unit was not ready to be rented out, and for $300+ a night, I’d expect better.
