This is a great spot on a busy and interesting sidestreet that has almost exclusively pedestrian traffic and many restaurants at all price ranges, 3 minutes from Hatagaya station on foot. The interior is spacious, pleasant, somewhat funky, with plants, nice views and big windows. Took a while to get the hot water figured out but got there eventually, although as a large guy it was quite a (fun) adventure fitting into the tub. Very enjoyable and attractive space with a nice living room and eating area and a very comfy bed in a spacious bedroom. The only issue is that it is 3 floors up. The climb up the exterior stairwell isn't hard if you are in even half-decent shape, and it wasn't a problem for us, except that my wife is afraid of heights and she had to take it pretty slow. Oh well, something to keep in mind for those with vertigo. Otherwise, a comfortable, clean, convenient and cheerful place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

Nice location, walkable to a train station. Very clean apartment. Billy is responsive host. We enjoyed our 5 days stay in Tokyo.

I had a wonderful stay with my family in Billys apartment. The apartment is in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood that still offers all you need from restaurants, drugstores , supermarkets right downstairs. We loved coming home to the apartment in the evening and enjoyed the beautiful view . At night it is completely quiet and we had a good night sleep in cozy clean sheets which we really enjoyed after walking miles through Tokyo every day. We loved it in Tokyo and hope to come back soon!

A comfortable well designed little apartment up five flights of stairs in a vibrant, not too hectic part of town. Loved finding great places to eat nearby, the fabulous barista at nearby Sunday Bakehouse, and so many excellent options for self catering. Host went out of his way to help return a toy left by my daughter at our previous accommodation - thank you!
