The home was beautiful. Very spacious, clean, and had all the kitchen essentials you could need. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay here in Spring Hill. Great location, close to Brooksville and easy to get on the interstate. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces, unfortunately the pool pump and heater weren't working while we stayed, which was disappointing, but Brooke communicated clearly and was apologetic. We would stay here again for sure.

My college friends and I stayed at Brooke’s place for spring break. Overall the place was amazing and a great stay. The pool was amazing and heated which was a plus. The back patio was an amazing place to hangout. The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. The only complaints I have is that there is a camera on the back patio and it felt a little invasive however, I do understand why it’s there. Also one of the neighbors called Brooke to complain that we were listening to music too loud even though the speaker was only turned up half way and that we were making too much noise in the pool. Even though there was construction going on around us almost all day. Brooke ended up calling me to tell me that but she was super nice about it and said that she didn’t think we were doing anything that was wrong. Also in the pictures it showed that there was a gas grill but there wasn’t, instead they had a charcoal grill but there was charcoal provided to us. Overall it was great!

We enjoyed our stay! Our kids loved the pool and the house had everything needed. Great location.
