The Blue Room is in a very characterful and quirky cottage. It is situated very close to the centre of Cullompton with all it's amenities and yet it is in a quiet, tucked away location. The dedicated bathroom has been renovated with a sympathetic blend of modern and traditional fixtures. There is easy access to the motorway at junction 28 and bus routes are within a few minutes walk. Equally, Cullompton is well placed for exploring Exmoor, Dartmoor, the Jurassic Coast or East Devon AONB. The house is a three bedroomed Mews cottage, behind two solid hardwood gates. The property contains a dining kitchen where guests can cook and eat and a dedicated bathroom next to the bedroom. The bedroom is comfortable and cosy and well-equipped.

Cullompton is a small town with a thriving fortnightly farmer's market. In addition, there are regular community events held at The Walronds in the centre of Cullompton and the CCA (Cullompton Community Association) fields, where you can also go for walks through the fields and along the leat. There are a number of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs too in the centre of town.
Guests can park on the drive. The gates are usually closed overnight. Equally, guests can park on the local roads or in the pay and display car park opposite the house, which is free between 6pm -8am. The shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs in Cullompton town centre are all within walking distance. There is a bus stop on the High Street just round the corner from the house, approximately 2 minutes walk. Alternatively, the M5 is approximately 3 minutes drive away (traffic permitting).
