Oak Barn in Kentisbeare, Devon can sleep four in two bedrooms. The bedrooms include a king-size and a twin serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. To the outside is a lawned garden and off-road parking. This property will accept dogs however smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 1 mile or less there is a shop and pub. We had a lovely week’s stay at Oak Barn. Freddy and Clair are fantastic hosts! Nothing was too much trouble and the wine, cider and chocolates were very welcomed. The house itself was spacious, well furnished and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay with our children. Staying during the off season made this good value for money. Small note that the refrigerator is not located in the kitchen, it’s in the downstairs bathroom/utility room. Kentisbeare is a lovely village and a short walk/drive from the property. We recommend visiting the Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth. Great family day out and it’s free, too! We would definitely come back to Oak Barn!
