clear instructions sent via finest retreats. luckily Emily the host had added a personal message on there which provided the what three words location. this was very accurate and took us straight there with no problems. Upon arrival Kev came out and introduced himself. he gave a very warm friendly welcome with lots of recommendations of places to eat, drink and visit. place was warm when we opened door, and immaculate. she had already put a small milk in fridge and supplied 5l of drinking water. the interior is tastefully decorated, with lovely finishing touches. the towels were the softest towels I've ever used. bed was super comfy. we didn't cook as we ate out but there was everything there should you wish to cook an easy meal. Great location to explore the area. Close to sidmouth. loved visiting the donkey sanctuary and would recommend Ponte Vicchio in Tiverton for a top class Italian dining experience. hosts were very attentive and made the stay very pleasant. 5*
