The location is amazing and only 30 mins from the M5. The WiFi was not working when we arrived but Kate went above and beyond to find a solution.

As others have mentioned, we booked mainly as the cabin had a hot tub so it was disappointing that it was not working properly, mainly the jets and bubbles did not come on. The property is in desperate need of some updating and tlc. The electric shower in one of the bedrooms only ran extremely hot or extremely cold so had to use the other shower which worked ok. Finally, the storage heaters made the bedroom really hot the first night so we turned it off the second day and this made the bedroom too cold that evening. Overall, for the price paid it was ok and would have been acceptable had the hot tub have worked properly but we would not stay here again.

The property is in a nice location next to the Grand Western Canal. It is spacious but unfortunately it is let down by a number of maintenance issues, such as slow WiFi, exposed electrical wires, a faulty shower to name a few. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub.

Clean cottage , comfortable beds , nice location but we booked mainly for the hot tub which is a let down as very old with broken buttons and half of the jets did not work. Which was a shame.
