Bedrooms and living area were nice and clean (other than one pillow having a bloodstain). Kitchen was a little on the small side but well stocked. Outside areas were overgrown and lots of weeds, looks like it hadn’t been maintained in a while. The hot tub was a little weathered and had lots of sand and leaves inside when we arrived and the outside was quite dirty. The outside bench was not fit for use as wasn’t clean and the bbq was dirty, full of water, and broken. Overall we did enjoy our stay but it would have been all the better if the outside had been looked after aswell as the inside.

we had a relaxing long weekend, bed linen and towels excellent quality, garden area could do with a tidy up.

Lovely cosy stay, spacious living space, kitchen was exactly what we needed no need to bring anything for cooking etc private hot tub, really good heating which we wasn’t expecting

Perfect Weekend- Our two night stay here was perfect. Just what we were after a lovely property away from it all. Was so nice to have the added bonus of the hot tub. Location was perfect for a Sunday stroll along the towpath. Will definetly stay here again in the near future. Thank you Kate.
