Kate was a lovely host, great at communicating and very kind. She accommodated us at short notice and gave helpful information. The guest annex was fab and the breakfast Kate brought us was amazing. It was lovely to sit out in the garden in the morning before heading off. We stayed here as a stopover. Kate’s place is close to the M5 so it was very convenient. Highly recommended

Kate was very welcoming & friendly, we felt at home instantly! The room was super clean and well equipped with nice little extra touches. She also supplied a beautiful fresh breakfast and went the extra mile when finding out he didn’t eat dairy. We stayed over due to work commitments and would definitely go back. I picked Kate’s place primarily for the EV charger. Having said that, it is a gorgeous place to stay and I had a warm welcome from Kate. It’s cosy, the bed is really comfortable and I had a great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed followed by a fabulous continental breakfast delivered by Kate. This was one of the gems you occasionally discover and I’m so glad I did! Thanks Kate

A wonderful annexe with easy access and lots of little personal touches that made the visit a delight. The breakfast delivered was delicious with fresh berries, yoghurt and freshly baked croissant and toast, the jams all homemade and local honey.
