This renovated apartment in Olaias with direct access to the airport by metro, offers a comfortable stay with quick access to the historic centre by metro. This delightful apartment boasts a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two people. It has a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave and a washing machine. We provide all the necessary utensils and amenities for a wonderful stay with friends or family. The highlight of the apartment is its private patio, which is perfect for enjoying breakfast before exploring the city or relaxing with a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing. The apartment has a television with access to various channels, making you feel at home while watching your favourite movies and series. We offer unlimited internet access with speeds exceeding 200 Mbps and a dedicated workspace. You can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep thanks to our double-glazed windows and the tranquillity of the residential area. We also provide a high chair for babies at no additional cost if needed. o imóvel, está bem localizado, lugar tranquilo, próximo de um ótimo supermercado, NAO PRECISA FAZER COMIDA tem de tudo,o local é limpo, prático, sem sobra indico, tanto que em breve voltarei.muito obrigada, por nos receber em seu imóvel, adoramos.

The apartment is small but confortable for 3 or 4 people. It was clean, beds are good and there is not noise despite it's in first floor. There aren't restaurants and good bars in the neighborhood but it's easy too arrive to the downtown by public transport. Pedro was helpful at every moment, warning us to do some fomalities we didn't know and answering quickly to any question.

The host was very responsive and communicated well from beginning to end. The apartment was on the 1st floor at the top of a short flight of stairs, so it was no problem since we only came with a few small suitcases. The dining table/room was a bit small, but the natural lighting was amazing in that room. Only the master bedroom had a radiator, so the rest of the apartment can be a bit chilly. Additionally, the soundproofing was not the best. You can hear people opening the building door, going up and down the stairs, and slamming doors, so it was a bit irritating when we were trying to sleep. Lastly, the boiler heats up very slowly, so we had to wait awhile for the shower to turn hot. If you have many people trying to take a shower, the hot water may run out before everyone is done showering. Other than these minor problems, we had a great time staying in the apartment.

The apartment is conveniently located near the Olaias Station, which is only a 3-minute walk from the building and less than 15 minutes from the airport via the metro. If you want to explore the city, there are also various bus stops nearby that you can use. You can also park your car on the streets in the area; however, these parking spaces are subject to the EMEL green fee.
Getting around the city is easy since the apartment has bus stops and the metro (red line) nearby. Taxis are also available, and since the apartment is close to the centre, you can explore the city on foot. If you prefer, you can use Uber/Bolt, as they are fast, affordable, and widely available.
