Ate Marilou was very helpful. She prepared the place ahead of time in case we arrive and she is not there. The place is calming. Nice stay for our family.

Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a 15min drive from SM Lipa. The house was spacious and clean. Amenities were great. And there were market stalls within the vicinity so we were able to cook fresh meals during our stay. There was also a convenience store right below for all other necessities like drinking water and grocery items. Best of all, Ms Malou was very responsive and accommodating with our questions and requests. We were assisted upon arrival and everything we needed was either provided for or available nearby. We would definitely come back. <3
