The White Villa is one of the properties in my wishlist at Lipa because of the privacy it provides. Due to urgency, we booked the villa the night before our scheduled visit as we are looking for a place in Lipa and glad that hosts are responsive to accept the booking. Everything that we needed to know prior check-in were provided the same night. Villa is a classic home w/ Ibiza theme vibe. Minor issues with cleanliness were encountered during our stay. Suggestions: 1. Have a resident cook/chef standby for guests who wish to arrange a feasts w/a minimal fee to experience the full package; 2. Fill the fridge with food&beverages like icecream, etc with minimal fee so hosts can also utilize the use of ref; 3. Having an upright is a plus however it needed some TLC (tuning) coz some keys like lower F# are out of tune already. 4. Include Q-tips and dental kit as basic amenities. With all these, we still enjoyed our stay. White Villa is a recommended place to visit in Lipa.

The villa's location was also a plus. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, it offered privacy and tranquility while being within easy reach of local shops and restaurants. Our host was attentive, providing helpful information and recommendations. Overall, our stay at this Airbnb villa was exceptional. The combination of charming accommodation, beautiful outdoor spaces, and attentive hosting made it a memorable getaway. We highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience. We can't wait to return for another stay in the future!
