Really enjoyed our stay in Baguio! Carlo was a great host -- from his flexibility regarding our check-in (he was willing to let us in check-in a bit early, but turned out we were late due to traffic) to our departure (we forgot an item and he immediately notified us and we coordinated getting the item). When we visit Baguio again, the place will hopefully be available again!

Carlo was a great host, very helpful and friendly. We even had a bit of a door emergency, he responded quickly and the problem was solved right away. He gave us a tour of the house, as well as instructions, and made sure we had everything we needed. The place is as described on the listing. It can actually accomodate more than we expected. The place is really clean, which was a very important factor for us. We decided to eat out so we were not able to use the kitchen that much, but it had everything essential to prepare and enjoy a meal. The location is close to the tourist spots and SM Baguio. It was relatively easy to find, being on a major road. I would highly recommend this place and the host.

Carlo’s place is in a perfect location, very easy to get around - walking distance to many places and restaurants including Camp John Hay and Session Road. His place is great and clean! The kitchen contains everything you need. All rooms are big and clean - has 2 queen bed with pull-out bed and very comfortable. Bathroom is clean, but having a bit problem with toilet flush. Sir Carlo was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had problems and any questions. He went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you Sir Carlo for such a wonderful time! I would recommend a stay there! God bless Sir Carlo! 🙂
