This house has an indoor-outdoor set up that is good for enjoying the cold weather of Baguio both inside and outside of the house while families may still interact and build memories together. If you love gatherings, socialization and love a good nights sleep, this is the place to be in the City of Pines. *No parties, functions or events: This is for booked guests only. ROOMS & CAPACITY: Room 1: 2 Queen beds that can accommodate 4 guests Room 2: 1 Queen bed for 2 guests Room 3: Two double beds in bunk for 4 guests and 1 queen bed for 2 guests Wide Attic: 4 Queen beds + Sofa bed (double) for 10 guests Total capacity: 22 guests of Madam. *Airbnb rate is only for 16 guests max, if you go beyond 16 guests, please pay an additional P1200/night/guest via Gcash or BDO. *Rates adjust depending on occupancy so please enter the correct number of guests *Duvet (comforter) to keep you warm every night. Room Amenities: All 3 Rooms will have their own 43" smart tv and own toilet and bath complete with shower essentials, blower, mirror and towels.Just bring your dental hygiene kits. Attic will have 2 showers and 1 toilet. Internet: PLDT FIBER Wi-Fi speeds up to 100mbps, in a mesh system set up Toilet Amenities: 3 full toilet and baths, with hair blowers and shower essentials and bath towels. Heated hot shower and pressurized. Plus 2 showers and 1 toilet in the attic. Parking: Common parking area with up to 4 slots reserved, you may have to move your car if someone is parked behind you Food delivery: Grab & Food Panda, plus grab pabili and pandamart for groceries, necessities and other essential needs. Very nice place! will recommend this to friends and family who want to stay in Baguio
Our stay was great. There are a lot of mosquitos and water leaks when it rained but was handled and resolved immediately by their caretaker Alex.
Overall, we found the house to be absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. It had a cozy ambiance and was tastefully decorated, making our stay very enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the house was convenient and accessible, which made it easy for us to explore the city and nearby attractions. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Alex, the caretaker, for being incredibly accommodating during our stay. However, we encountered a slight issue with the listing that we believe is important to highlight. The listing did not clearly specify that guests would be sharing the house with other guests. It came as a surprise to us and affected our overall experience. Additionally, although the stairs had a safety net, we felt somewhat uneasy and insecure about sharing the house with other guests, especially in terms of privacy. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciate the efforts made to ensure our comfort.

This is by far one of the best transients I have ever stayed at in Baguio! The place matched the description perfectly, the hosts are super friendly and the caretakers are very nice and easy to talk to. Definitely would reccommend this place and for sure will come back! Thank you once again!

30 seconds drive to the main highway, this house is tucked in a private road beside renowned Mr. Palafox's property. It is away from noise but still very near the City Center of Baguio City. Perfect for rest and recreation while visiting the City of Pines.
3 parking slots are reserved for this rental property or you may book a grab taxi, jeepneys are also common 1minute walk away to the highway where buses pass by too going to Manila.
