As soon as you walked in the place smelled bad. It smelled like bug spray. Went to take a shower in the master bath and there were no washrags and had mold everywhere there was caulking. After letting the owner know they were no washrags. He told the person that he has purchase them that they cannot give them to us until the next people came for check-in. Every towel fixture in the master was falling off of the wall. Our sons went to take a shower in the other bathroom and hardly have any hot water, with most showers being cold. then he tried to charge me for my service dog, they can’t do that. Customer Service called us and took care of the situation. We paid $800 or right under that for four nights and it was a total rip off. I would not recommend this place.

The place was nice, one of the heaters wasn’t working but the other 2 kept the place warm. Had 2 showers but the shower off the back room would not get hot! The host was responsive, just not at night! Very pleasant people and did apologize for the inconvenience!
