Lovely wee flat right in the centre of everything. So helpful having an iron and board too! Great having an indoor car park, very responsive & gave us detailed instructions for car park and doors. Very secure with coded doors throughout complex.

Great flat in the centre of Newcastle, with bars, restaurants, sights, football stadium etc all a 10-15 min walk away. Clean and comfortable with lots of light, plenty of wardrobe and storage space in the bedrooms and lots of cupboard space in the kitchen. Comfy beds and good sized soft towels. Toiletries and dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets all provided, which is so helpful. Good-sized tv with Netflix etc if you have a subscription and freeview. Plenty of plates and glasses etc but could do with a few more large bowls, saucepans, frying pans and utensils for those wanting to cook. Instruction booklets available for most appliances but none for the microwave or oven, both of which we found challenging to operate (though we succeeded eventually). Nice big fridge-freezer. Washing machine and drying racks a massive bonus. And the underground car parking space a godsend in an area with little parking. Top tip: if ordering a taxi, ask for it to come to Blackfriars Restaurant.

We had a little difficulty with the entry codes to the property but David and his partner responded quickly to our queries which were rapidly resolved. Overall an excellent property which is very central for activities in Newcastle.
