Enjoy the sounds of sea as you rock yourself to sleep onboard the retired racing yacht Mojo This is not an “all mod cons listing” Although the accommodation is basic, in my opinion it’s far superior to a bell tent or shepherds hut. Basically mojo offers a cheap unique place to get your head down for the night. Guests will need to bring sleeping bags or bedding along with pillows. Boat is situated in Southdown marina in Millbrook which provides showers, washing facilities and WC. Rooms (or cabins) on boats are small but mojo offers one large double in the bow (front) and a large single down aft (the back) in the main area there are 3 additional slim singles. There is a 3 burner hob and oven/grill in the kitchen area with plates and cups etc provided. There is a small wc area a pump action toilet that works when the tide is in, when it’s out guests will need to use the on shore facilities about 100m away. There is running cold water although this is from a tank so is not recommended to drink from and will run out and require topping up with excessive use. (Easily done)

The 'quirky old boat' was just as described and clean & comfortable. Andrew was great to deal with and the stay worked very well for us. Wonderful outlook to wake up to.

Great place to stay, definitely worth considering as an alternative to a hut on a campsite. Good central location to visit surrounding areas Neighbouring boats very friendly Didn't bother using the toilet as onsite amenities sufficient and a takes a minute to walk to.

Andrew is a great host, the place is squeaky clean but would recommend to visit and count on high tides to be in your favour to use the Toilet on boat. Otherwise the booking was worth the money and would like to visit again soon!!!.

Excellent communication throughout. A pleasant affordable stay and great for those who want something a little different. Parking is ample, even with a large van and area lovely and quiet for a good rest.

Unique experience in a beautiful location. The boat was stunning, had a lot of character and plenty of space to relax, inside and on the deck. Had everything we needed. The views surrounding the marina were incredible! Cafe (with an amazing view) on site along with facilities. Short drive to beaches, shops and food. Would recommend Woogies, 15min drive, had a great meal with views of the Tamar. The boat is in the perfect spot, what a brilliant stay! Andrew was always quick to respond and very helpful, what a great host! I can’t wait to return.

The area that mojo is moored is part of an area of outstanding natural beauty and the nearby villages of kingsand and Cawsand are simply stunning and thought by many to be the gem of the Cornish coast. Millbrook has a 7am-10pm shop and a few pubs along with many other amenities. Mount edgecome park is the UK’s oldest country house and it’s grounds offer endless walks and some fine spots for lunch.

There is parking at the marina although it’s not guaranteed, if the boat yard gates are open then parking can be found in the yard but please be careful not to block anyone in.
