This gorgeous Airbnb is brand-new as of Summer 2023 and located on the outskirts of Charlottetown. The location is perfect for those travelling with a vehicle and wanting to check out various parts of the island. This airbnb is a 5 minute drive to the Charlottetown airport & to the route 2 highway & UPEI, a 12 minute drive to downtown, and about a 17 minute drive to Brackley Beach! The Airbnb has a fully equipped kitchen that opens to the living and dining area. It has two bedrooms with queen beds and a pull out sofa bed (double) in the living room. Air conditioning and laundry are available in the unit for guests to use at their leisure! This Airbnb is on the lower level of a two story house. The unit is bright, modern, and clean. Guests will have complete privacy and only share the parking area with the hosts. Please note, we only have enough parking space for 2 standard sized sedans in the driveway. Guests use private entrance and are only required to interact with the hosts if they choose to do so.
