Paul's place in Nashua was PERFECT for our family. It was so clean and cozy, with nice decor, and convenient on and off the highway. My kids and I loved taking a walk to Dunkin' Donuts in the early mornings and I went for some nice jogs around the neighborhood, as well. This was ideal for our family weekend!
This was a nice place to stay in the heart of Nashua. It is only a couple of blocks from Amhurst Street where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. I was visiting family in town and it was a convenient location. The owner is very responsive and helpful.
The location is centrally located to many of our favorite NH places! The home was clean and easy to find. The home offers everything you might need for a stay and the Salt and Pepper Stays staff was warm and responsive to any needs we had!
The yard was overgrown like 2 foot tall grass. It looked as if it were abandoned. Water had a bad smell to it.
Paul’s place is in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is freshly painted and clean. There are maintenance problems which I’m sure are because he is not in the area. Also, booking is tedious with requirements that you need to leave a deposit and be verified by an outside vendor. These are things done by Airbnb. It’s why the guest pays 14% on top of the booking. Another annoyance is every communication contains damage warnings. As a very popular and well rated host, these warnings make your guests uncomfortable. People are not staying at your place to destroy it.

Hi! I'm Paul, founder of Salt and Pepper Stays. My wife and I are an adventurous couple with three teenage sons, residing in Colorado. My wife, Sharon, a native of Australia, is a dedicated anesthesiologist, putting in long hours at the hospital.
