I booked the place a month in advance to enjoy the solar eclipse and he canceled my booking for "maintenence issues" only when I was standing in front of his door waiting for the code, jetlagged. Absolutely ridiculous.

Yanick's place was cozy and quiet. Everywhere looked clean and maintained. Also, we enjoyed our stay.

The rental was private and not in the flow of household traffic. Yanick had positioned a micro-fridge/ freezer and a microwave in a small office area. The room was lockable but he trusted me to be in his home, I trusted he had no need to take my socks and I didn't feel the need to lock the door. The house is in a nice, newer neighborhood with a nice walking path nearby. The house had ample parking and everyone agreed to an early-to-bed, early-to-rise- quiet evening policy. The rental offered a full private bathroom and a comfortable lounge area for relaxing when time permitted.

I love the place, it was just what i needed, i was able to study and pass my training thanks to how peaceful was the place and how the host makes me feel like i was at home thx

Nice place. I had a little struggle getting in using the keypad but the host helped me.
