Nestled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, this house was exactly what we needed. Deqiang was responsive and professional. The house was tidy and the yard was a nice size. It was very close to both down town Royse City and I-30--meaning quick access to all other nearby towns. There were several parks nearby and many dining options. The spacious house meant we were able to spread out without feeling cramped. The yard was a good size to enjoy the sunshine. The washer and dryer were clutch! The full kitchen was great as we got our days started cooking breakfast.

We stayed at this location for our wedding weekend with family and friends. It was so spacious. We were able to have multiple air mattresses in the space so people could spread out and be comfortable. It was obvious the place was new and the host had taken the time to make it nice for those renting. I only ever spoke to the co host from Vello and he was such a kind gentleman. It was a perfect little stay close to our wedding venue and that’s all we needed.
