Located just 7 minutes from the Edmonton International Airport (YEG), in the City of Leduc. The suite is located in the basement, and you will have a shared front entrance/foyer with the host. There is one queen bed and one futon/bed. This suite is located in the basement of the owners home. It's a newly constructed suite with an open concept (includes bedroom, living room, and kitchen). As well as a private 4 piece bathroom and free laundry!

Great place very comfortable and welcoming
The place was absolutely wonderful and very clean! While checking in, I had some issue with opening the main door, but the hosts were very responsive and I was in within a few minutes. Good price, great hosts, and an amazing neighbourhood. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.
We were so thankful for this little gem! Jennifer was prompt and pleasant to communicate with. We needed a last minute booking with a late Check-in (due to my partner’s work) and Jennifer was more than accommodating. The place was very comfortable and squeaky clean! Thank you again!

The neighborhood is family orientated and lively. A park with a water feature is located 1 block away with paths that lead to a pond and other parks nearby!
