On the main level is a full bath just off the kitchen and two smaller rooms, one will be furnished as an office to make your remote workdays comfortable and private. The other can be furnished to your liking! We can leave it open or put in up to a full sized bed, and it has its own closet and built in bookshelf. To the back of the house is a split level design, up just a few steps and you enter into the Primary Suite which transports you into a heavenly retreat among the treetops. The primary bedroom has a walk in closet, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, two dressers and stunning rocky mountain views out of your private bay window (when the leaves have fallen off the gorgeous mature trees).Vaulted ceilings and 360 degrees of skylights and windows (with complete blackout shades for whenever the mood strikes) await you. Did we mention this King Sized bed is a Sleep Number bed?? You wont believe the comfort and seclusion this room provides. Moving down the bi-level is a mudroom with backyard access and the fourth bedroom which is private and roomy. Again this room can be furnished to your needs and can fit a queen bed comfortably. It has a large closet and is close to the backyard entry. Down to the basement is your laundry area with extra large washer-dryer and lots of storage space There is a bathroom that accommodates guests right next door to the laundry. Continue along the hallway and you will find the second Primary Suite which we call the "Junior Master" and has a king bed, a full sized bath with double vanity and tub/shower combo. This room is perfect for in laws, a nanny, or any other guest who needs that extra space! Last but certainly not least is the "Playroom" and Wet Bar. This space can be a man, cave, teenager lounge, kids play area or project/arts and crafts space. Its yours to make however you want! There is an 8x10 foot greenhouse that you can retreat into as well; however this is the owners private collection and we ask that you do not touch or alter the plants. There is an apple tree, peach tree and pear tree with four types of pears on this property as well as maturing blueberry, raspberry and blackberry bushes! The yard maintenance is completely and independently managed so all you need to feel at home is your suitcase and your toothbrush.
