We loved this stay so much! The sunsets and the kayaks and canoe were the big hits! This place is a little slice of heaven at this peaceful lake setting. Our teenagers even put their phones down two whole days in a row to chill out on the pond and at the firepit with us, haha :) Seriously though, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a lovely stay! The house was well setup with most of the comforts of home (my wife particularly appreciated having the water kettle). Could tell they have a real attention to keeping the place clean and maintained. Even with a bit of cool and wet weather, we still managed to have a lovely time. The pond was a terrific escape - we enjoyed access to the kayak. A loon family (two parents with one juvenile) serenaded us each day, and we saw a bald eagle our last afternoon paddling around!

Overall, our family of 6 loved our stay. From taking the kayaks and canoes out on the lake to a family friendly game of darts when it rained, we were able to kick back and relax for the weekend. The house was very clean and inviting. We loved listening to the loons on the pond and watching for wildlife as we drank our morning coffee on the deck. We certainly will return!

Generally a great cabin! Beautiful view, fairly private, and nice interior. All host interactions were friendly and helpful. Lots of little homey bits around the place, local recommendations, a nice grill, and well stocked kitchen. Only negatives to note are the upstairs doorways are toe stubbing traps, (especially would recommend putting a towel in front of the bathroom door) and there was a bit of a wet dog smell in the living room.

We loved the house and all the commodities we had, nice kitchen and grill. We got one rainy day and it was amazing playing cards and games they had available. The kayaks and the lake so close to the house were perfect for the sunny day. Definitely recommend this place. Special thanks for the local maple syrup (nome da mulher ) had for us, very thoughtful.
