Amazing location: quiet peaceful, and beautiful. Both the Evolve and local hosts were friendly and more flexible than they needed to be. Overall it was a very stress free stay.

The main redeeming part of this small house is the beautiful location, although saying it’s on the beach is a misrepresentation. It is located above the water on a very rocky shore. It is a very lived in space, and the kitchen was messy and not well stocked with cooking implements. There was a noticeable smell when we arrived that lingered throughout the stay. I found it difficult to get in touch with the host, although when I did, Juan was very friendly and helpful. This place is incredibly expensive for the value. I have stayed in much less expensive places and had a much better experience. Not worth the money.

We had a very relaxing stay at a quaint Airbnb home in Juneau, enjoying the stunning views from both the living room and bedroom. Walk down the steps near the house to get to the water. Our host, Juan, was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, providing us information on eagle viewing spots, local walking trails, great dining options, and a special tour at the gallery of local artist Rie Munoz. We highly recommend this home for anyone seeking a quaint and quiet retreat near the water. Looking forward to coming back someday.

Perfect getaway from the crowds of downtown Juneau, yet still close to everything. Views are fantastic and we had a feeling of calm the entire time in this cozy and charming home. Would book again!
