Such a nice stay at Dave and Mindy’s. The view of the mountains from the place was perfect and the place matched the descriptions! The house was spotless and so nice and cozy. You feel right at home. Definitely recommend. Dave and Mindy were extremely helpful and always quick to respond!

We had a perfect stay at Dave and Mindy's. Everything we could possibly need was there for us - great washer and dryer, comfortable bed, nice kitchen, and a nice garage. We will check their availability first when we're next in the area and definitely stay with them again.

I really enjoyed my time here! The townhome was spotless and cozy and had everything I needed for my 1-week stay. I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed on the main level, the well-appointed kitchen, and the gas fireplace in the living room. The laundry room, garage, and small fenced-in yard area were added bonuses. I would gladly stay here again!

We were blessed with finding Dave & Mindy's listing for Christmas. We stayed December 21 thru January 1st. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake for the holidays, which I was very grateful for. The master bedroom bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on and I meant to check what type of bed it was before we left and I forgot. Sooooo comfortable! The cute front porch was perfect for viewing the mountains at sunrise and sunset. So many positives on this stay! You'll feel comfy and cozy and completely at home staying here! Thanks for your exceptional hospitality Dave & Mindy!
