Second visit and loved it as much as the first time! However the weather was perfect so we could be outdoor more on his property. Can’t wait for our next visit

Beautiful place and would definitely come back again if in town. The cottage feels very welcoming and safe even at night. Rooms are very clean and well supplied. The bed is very comfortable, and the sky window there is very photogenic! Bob is very helpful and attentive, providing us with helpful guides for local visit. Overall, strongly recommend this place!

Bob is representative of the entire town of Athens. Super sweet and hospitable. We were in town for the film festival to screen our film and Bob even came to our film! Any time I'm back in town I will look to Bob's place first. Highly reccomended!

Great place, quiet and relaxing, but pretty close to athens. nice communication with the host and the cabin had everything we needed.
