Waterville Estates Recreation Center offers one complimentary guest pass per property.  This pass allows you to have additional guests for a fee of up to $20/day for adults and $10 for children 8-17 This Vacation home is conveniently located close to exit 28 where it's an easy drive to many attractions and activities. Just minutes away from the Waterville Valley Resort you'll find the local outfitters to help you traverse all of the local mountains and float the local rivers.
