Wonderful….the experience here made me marvel at life again. Private…yet warm and welcoming The house dog RIO won me over with his gentle persona and calm energy. Location picturesque….look no further …this is the place .

I felt right at home and that Ginna is the nicest host ever. Ginna had ground coffee beans and left the coffee maker loaded and ready to go in the morning. Great front porch and swings to have coffee and breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed with Ginna while visiting Sandpoint for nursing school and the space was exactly what I was looking for. Everything was clean, comfortable, and Ginna was a fantastic host making sure that I had everything I needed and more. She was great at making me feel welcome, invited me to join a meal after a long work day, but also gave me plenty of space. I left an important box on the porch by accident when packing to leave, and she was kind enough to mail it to me the very next day. Lastly, her dog Rio is the sweetest and we had a great time playing. Thank you again so much for everything Ginna, and I will definitely let you know if I get sent back that way in the future!

This Airbnb was great! Listing is accurate and has a homey feel. Ginna is very nice and has great communication, she also has a very sweet and friendly dog. Would recommend to anyone in the area!
