Worth every peso. Very safe, quiet neighborhood. Everything I needed was nearby (bars, restaurants, cafes, street food, Oxxo for bus tickets, 7-11 & Circle K for toiletries). The spectacular Cityzen Skybar was a 10 minute walk too. The door attendants were very friendly (tip them, they remember who you are and are very helpful). The washer/dryer machine is in room 102, a bit tricky to find, ask the door attendant. The loft is definitely meant for no more than two people. Regardless, the shower had plenty of hot water and everything worked. The bed was comfortable and the floor fan was a godsend. The Wi-Fi too had a strong signal. Claudio’s checkin/checkout process was extremely simple and he was very responsive (it was so good I didn’t need him). You know it’s a great place when I plan on returning to this fantastic loft.

I normally stay in a different area of CDMX when i visit but i was noticing a lot of places i like to go were in Roma Norte so I gave Claudio's place a try based on the high reviews. And they were right. Claudio is an excellent host and the place is amazing. Great location and clean and bright. It has everything you need including lots of space to hang your clothes . I will definitely come back here next time i am in town. one of the best air bnbs i have stayed at and the host was always available to help
