This is the ideal place for someone looking to have some space to write, create, or unwind. There are walking paths with a pond out back, lots of outdoor space, and tons of space for work, play, cooking, creating, and lounging. 1 mile from the quaint Granville village and other natural areas. The upstairs has 4 rooms, 3 of which are bedrooms (king, queen, twin trundle bed). The fourth room is a lounge with a TV and comfy reading chair. There is also a full bathroom (attached bidet on the toilet, mid-size tub) and large closets in every room. Windows on all 4 sides. Downstairs has a big screen TV room (seats at least 4), a beautifully furnished salon, a dining room (seats 8+) and a hardwood floor Yoga studio/meditation room. Downstairs also features a laundry room, full bathroom (with tub) and a very large, fully equipped kitchen (with breakfast area). There is also a Rec/storage room in the back, that has halfway decent drum kit, guitars, and amp (so feel free to jam, there are no neighbors to hear you), as well as storage space, a mini-fridge, TV, and futon. The east door opens on to the covered patio/porch, which has rocking chairs, a fire pit and wood, and space to eat outside. The house is surrounded by a large yard on all four sides. One of the HUGE bonuses of this place is that it is attached to a large wooded area (that we are allowed to use) that features about 2 miles of easy trails and a beautiful pond. The area is teeming with friendly wildlife, like deer, birds, frogs, flowers, and mushrooms. There is ample parking for lots of cars (off street) so feel free to invite friends over for a dinner party. The basement and the attic are not usable (you wouldn't want to anyway!).
