This Colonial Duplex has a style all its own. With all the amenities , centrally located, super clean with comfortable beds! There is a 2 night minimum for all major holidays and the Ks State Fair.

Great little place that met our needs perfectly. So close to everything we needed. Clean and tidy. Host was awesome.
The house is in a pleasant, quiet and leafy part of Hutchison. The house has been charmingly renovated. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to find and access.
This is a great little place in a good location for the State Fair grounds. It was perfectly described and absolutely worth the price. Kathy had coffee and snacks on the kitchen counter. I would definitely recommend and we will be staying with Kathy again when we come to Hutch.

Cozy Colonial is centrally locate, 5 blocks off Main Street. An easy drive to grocery stores, area attractions, local dining & fast food. Only 5 minutes from down town Hutch and the Historic Antique District.
