The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The house features 3 self-contained suites, all with private bathrooms and 2 of them with sitting areas as well. The spacious main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with a large TV with cable in an open-concept layout. The patio with a view over downtown, and the Harbour and downtown views from the 2nd and 3rd floors are spectacular. Close to everything downtown in the heart of Jellybean Row The Famous Three Sisters of Gower Street John Thomas Southcott was born in St. John’s in 1853. His father James and his uncle John, had come to St. John’s from Exeter, England in 1847 to assist in the rebuilding of the City after the 1846 fire. They were, for most of the next 50 years, the major contractors in the City involved in both construction and design, operating under the name of J. & J.T. Southcott, and no firm had such a marked influence on the island’s architecture as did this firm. Many houses were constructed after the Great Fire of 1892 including “THE THREE SISTERS” - the stunning vernacular structures at 115, 117, and 119 Gower St., the right one being owned by Tonya Kearley & Kelly Russell of Jellybean Suites & Manor, were designed and constructed as the original "Southcott Style homes.
