Welcome to our charming historic property, nestled in the heart of Old Towne, Petersburg. This remarkable Airbnb offers a unique opportunity to step back in time and experience the grandeur of a bygone era. Dating back to 1783, this historic gem has been lovingly restored while embracing contemporary amenities. This Airbnb boasts two spacious bedrooms, each exuding its own unique charm and character -- all within a short walk to the restaurants and shops of Old Towne. We have two bedrooms: one queen and one double bed. Kitchen includes Keurig (we provide a few K cups and creamers), gas stove, full refrigerator. We have Wi-Fi.

Kyle’s property is gorgeous. Spotless, classic, and warmly inviting. Kyle is incredibly responsive and helpful. We were so pleased with our stay.

such a gem of a place - and fancy and. comfy! gorgeous spot, walking distance to Old Town fun, nice porch to sit and hang. the bed was so comfy and Kyle just had every detail covered. to be in such a historical spot was cool and we enjoyed reading the books provided. loved Petersburg and will be back!

It was a last minute decision to stop in Petersburg. Kyle responded quickly to our request and made recommendations on where to eat. House looks just like the pictures. It was neat staying in a historical home.

We are a short walk (2/10th) of a mile to the heart of Old Towne restaurants and shops.
We are a short walk from Virginia State University. At present, the bridge between VSU and Petersburg is undergoing repairs. Estimated completion of bridge repairs in December 2023.

We have onsite parking behind the house. Do not park between the John Baird House and Waltman HVAC.
