Situated on our family farm, this charming cottage enjoys views over open countryside and down to the sea. Sympathetically restored to incorporate traditional features with modern amenities, the property is fully equipped for an indulgent getaway, enjoying a log burning stove for cozy evenings and a secure garden for family BBQ's.

Beautiful home in a wonderful location on the farm. The space is decorated to a high standard with comfortable beds and good facilities. There are stunning walks right on your doorstep allowing you to explore the coastline. Hosts were very welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. Would love to visit agan!
Superb location, immaculate cottage. I had one of my most relaxing holidays, with plenty of beautiful coastal walks from the house. The house is extremely comfortable and quiet. Has everything you need. It was a wet week so having all the appliances was a saviour! Super recommend, perfect for dogs and we will definitely get back there.
We had a lovely and very comfortable stay at Philip and Mary’s farm cottage. The cottage is newly refurbished and beautifully located within walking distance from Port Isaac. The farm element provided additional entertainment for the children.

Roscarrock farm, where Roscarrock Cottage is proudly situated, has been in our family for 4 generations. Stretching along 3.5 miles of rugged coastline, guests can walk the farm tracks which lead to the south west coastal path taking you to the renowned fishing village of Port Isaac to the north or the natural harbour of Port Quin to the south - both just 1.5 miles distant and the ideal spot for a touch of shopping, gastronomic delights at the likes of Nathan Outlaws eateries, a wild swim or organised coasteering trips. For anybody after a foodie break, jump on the ferry in Rock to Padstow where you will find Paul Ainsworth's Number 6 and Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant
Parking at the property for up to 2 vehicles. A car is essential for navigating around this part of Cornwall.
