This is the second time we have staying in this place and we have enjoyed it both times. Great place in a great setting. Our only pause at a five star review is the kitchen and not having some common items like drinking glasses and more than one frying pan. Otherwise you cannot beat being right in the canyon for a ski trip!
Lovely place. Amazing location. Feels very secluded and is a unique experience. Larry is a great host and very helpful. Terrific stay if you’re looking for a rustic cabin experience that’s also very comfortable and charming.
This was a great cabin and a great location for skiing Brighton and solitude. Only note is that the kitchen seems to be lacking a bit. For being in a cabin and cooking all of our meals, there were only a few pots to cook with. Another important note is that you must bring your own water as their sink water is sourced from a stream outside and is not drinkable. Larry did communicate that ahead of time and was very responsive which was appreciated. Would recommend this spot if you’re planning on skiing at Brighton/solitude.
It’s a beautiful property in a beautiful location. The Bog Cottonwood Canyon is one of my favorite places and I couldn’t have been more happy with my stay at Larry’s Cabin. It was exactly how it looked in the pictures, everything was in working order and great shape, and all of the guests enjoyed their stay. If you ever get the chance, stay at this cabin.
