Mi sono trovata molto bene nell' alloggio di Flavio: casa molto confortevole, spaziosa,pulita e con tutto l'occorrente! ritornerei sicuramente!

A very bad experience - the pictures published do not show the poor surroundings and the dilapidated condition of the building where the apartment is located. The apartment was freezing cold, because the heater was set in a way to keep the temperature very low. There were 17 C in the apartment, 14 C at some moments. Besides, the heater had a problem with the socket and the functioning was often interrupted, so no hot water either. The meter of electricity kept skipping while using appliances as the supply of electricity was insufficient. The coffee machine didn’t work, the owner came to pick it up to fix it and brought it back the same, still not functioning. The location is close to the railway and the continue passage of trains is quite noisy. The intercom is disconnected and there is no label and that make deliveries difficult as the delivery people don’t know how to find the apartment.

Abitazione estremamente accogliente e fornita. Flavio è stato un host eccezionale, sempre molto disponibile e veloce a rispondere. Consigliato un mezzo per gli spostamenti che può essere parcheggiato nel posto auto riservato.
