We were so happy with Mina! The house was amazing! Extremely warm & inviting from the moment we opened the door. Everything in the house is well thought out, pristine, so calming & extremely welcoming. You can see the water from the house. Super peaceful energy in the space. The pictures do not do it justice. We will definitely be back & highly recommend!

Wonderful place and Mina was so accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. We were with a little one and it was great. Spacious and exactly as described. We had a great time and can’t say enough wonderful things about Mina!

Mina’s place was great, if anything the pictures undersell it. Everything is brand new and extremely clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Location is great: The beach is a very short walk, literally at the end of the road. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to a nice local restaurant, fish and chip store, cafe and convenience store. Mina is easy to deal with and was very generous and flexible with the check in and check out times. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in or around Milford.

The house was lovely and only a block from a beautiful, uncrowded beach! It's on a quiet residential street, with on-street parking. The whole place was VERY clean and all of the furniture and appliances were brand new. Wifi was OK (a little spotty) and the office had a working printer, which came in handy since ours was partly a "working" vacation. We also appreciated the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner -- a very nice touch! -- and all of the streaming services available on the TV. Nicest of all: We're not espresso people, and when I texted Mina to ask for a coffee maker, she brought one right over for us! We would visit again.

Wonderful stay at the beach house! We were a family of 4, traveling with a 1 & 4 year old. The beach is an easy 2 minute walk down the street, and host provides beach chairs & some beach towels, lightens the packing load! The house is bright/open/clean - great layout for vacationers! Downtown Milford is about a 15 minute drive & cute down to walk through/grab a bite to eat. Mina is a wonderful host, made check in very easy, and she’s extremely responsive. Thanks for a fun long weekend!
