This 2000sq foot custom log home is located on a private road directly on the Delaware River in the heart of the Catskill Mountains. 2 1/2hours from New York City. The location is the best the Catskills has to offer! Nothing in the area compares to the location or the interior design. Truly 5 star accommodations! This is a custom built log home is constantly being updated with all state of the art appliances and top off the line linens. This professionally decorated cabin is supplied with everything you could possibly want or need. From the luxury Egyptian cotton sheets and towels to the completely stocked kitchen.There is a 60 inch smart TV and high speed Fiberoptic internet and AC throughout. You can also enjoy Real Flame electric fire place which can be enjoyed in all seasons with or without heat. As far as the outside there is a spectacular 950 square foot deck supplied with sectional seating a hammock and dinning table and chairs. with breath takin views. There is a top of the line Weber Genesis gas grill on the deck and a Kitchen Aide charcoal by the river . I supply a number of yard games for your out door pleasure. Also a large stone fire pit with wood Adirondack chairs and a picnic table with umbrella river side if you choose to dine there instead of the deck. I have tried to cover every want and need a guest could have and my goal is to make sure you have a wonderful stay !

Thank you Diana! This place was perfect for a little getaway with the family, for the fishing people this was amazing, the river was steps away. We definitely enjoyed the fire pit making s’mores and keeping warm. The cabin itself was beautiful and cozy, I enjoyed waking up and having my coffee with an amazing view, cabin was stocked with everything you can think of, even blankets for outside and inside, dishes, glasses, utensils, washer, dryer,shampoo, conditioner etc.. Spending time with family in this cabin was priceless, WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK FOR SURE!!!! Loved the fishing, everyone experienced catching fish, and the best part is that it was literally right there. Definitely recommend booking with Diana, she was very helpful with whatever questions I had, thank you !!
Diana's place is beautiful! Perfect home in the perfect location. The West Branch meanders behind the home which provides the perfect backdrop. The oversized deck provides a great place to gather and relax with friends. It is a fly-fishing haven! We will be back...

Diana's place was by far one of our favorite Air B & B's. We typically take a "mountains" trip every October and try out new areas. We saw that Diana's house was listed as walking out to a backdoor river and was in an area that was close to stores if necessary. We took our three young daughters and one of our dogs and thoroughly enjoyed the convenience that this house had to offer. The girls and our dog very much enjoyed walking out to the lake daily & roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. We did some fishing and our dog swam for all three days we stayed there. As listed on the Air B & B website listing, the house was close enough to a TOPS grocery store, a Dollar General, and gas stations for anything we might've forgotten (or to stock up on more s'mores materials). Diana had even left a lead for the dog to be tied to that extended far enough for her to enjoy the yard when one neighbor's dog was simultaneously out. 10/10 definitely recommend & will stay again!!!!
