Conveniently located near the Capital "Roseau" with just a 5 to 7 minute walk or 2 minute drive to get you there, where you can enjoy all that the city has to offer. This Apt is located on the 3rd floor and has a Balcony with views of the mountains. Sit by the pool or take a dip. Capture the amazing sunsets in the evenings! VIP Residence is so unique because it is the only accommodation building with a pool just walking distance from the city. You can enjoy the peacefull environment and still be very close to Roseau, the main town, where you will find night life, bars, restaurants, tours and so much more.

The neighborhood is safe and secure and you will be surrounded by friendly people. The area is not noisy but in the peak seasons like during the World Creole Music Festival hosted by Dominica, Carnival, Jazz & Creole etc. the area will be filled with high spirit and lot's of activities.
From this apartment you can see the main road and you will have a partial view of the mountain.
You may hear traffic passes from time to time but it's not loud enough to disturb your peace.
Getting around is very easy because you may simple walk into the town which should take you on average about 6 minutes to get there. You can also opt to take a 2 minute bus ride to town. Just stand outside the apartment complex and the buses will pass by. For additional convenience, you may choose to take a taxi which we can recommend for you if you would like.
