Eva was very responsive and gave clear direction. She was also very helpful in recommending places to eat and see. Also let me rent her motorbike an extra day after i checked out. Thanks so much!

Eva could not have been any nicer or more accommodating. She even picked up and dropped off my laundry! The apartment is at the end of a cul de sac. Trikes can easily be found and for 20 pesos you can go to the city center. You can walk a half mile to the Robinsons Mall. But there are no interesting places to eat close by. I ate most dinners in the apartment as a result. Eva allowed me to use her scooter but after scaring myself motoring downtown and back, I decided trikes were a pretty good value.

Eva's apartment was as described and as appeared in the listing. It was in walking distance to the Boulevard and Robinson's mall which was great. Occasionally we would catch a tricycle home at night from the Boulevard and this only cost 40 pesos. Eva was an amazing host and responded to any queries I had with 15 minutes. She was also kind enough to drive us into the city centre, gave us a late check-out and drove us to the airport the day we checked out.

Eva is a gracious host. She always make sure that we have what we need in the house during our stay. She even went on extra mile by letting us leave our luggages when we went to Dapitan for few days. Location is strategic. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Great workspace that can be use if you're on wfh while travelling.
