Although our stay was comfortable enough there was definitely room for improvement. Unfortunately the cons outweighed the pros in our experience, but hopefully the host can work on some of these things for future stays. Pros: - Chocolates on arrival - Fresh eggs - Friendly host - Close to Waihi township - Warm with good heating Cons: - Spa/hot tub was cold so we could not use it (disappointing after a 3.5 hour drive and one of the main reasons we booked) - Sofa bed was not made up even though we had requested and confirmed this in advance - No parking outside the unit, you have to walk down the drive and park on the road (not mentioned on listing) - Steep driveway - Very dusty, cobwebs were in the display cabinet and under the dining table when we sat down - Poor hot water pressure - Noisy, you can hear the family moving about early in the morning - Very strong fragrant smell to the place - Very firm beds - Tired linen and towels - Kids running around directly outside

Michelle is a great host also very friendly and willing to assist and the place made feel at home. I really enjoyed my stay.

Le logement était super exactement comme dans la description et le jacuzzi en bonus était vraiment top ! Michelle est une hote très accueillante et au petits soins pour ces invités elle nous a accueillis avec une petite corbeille de fruit et des œufs frais de son poulailler c’est une attention que nous avons apprécié ! Il a beaucoup d’endroit à visister aux alentours, je recommande sans hésiter pour les personnes cherchant à passer quelques dans les environs de tauranga !
