An authentic 150+ year old farmhouse converted into our family home and a holiday cottage in a tiny French village a stone’s throw away from the wine region of Beaune. If you love the rustic French farmhouse style, you'll appreciate the gorgeous limestone fireplace, the natural lime render on the walls that keep the house cool even during the hottest summers (no airco needed), the kitchen with limestone countertops from the local quarry and the traditional Lacanche range which is made only 2 miles away from the cottage... We converted these former stables into a charming cottage with authentic details using calming colors and brocante decor. It is a 50 sqm open space with a kitchen, seating area, dining area and a comfortable large king size bed (180cmx200cm). There is a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. All linens for the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and beach towels for the swimming pool are provided. The cottage is on the ground floor of our 150+ year old farmhouse. Our personal spaces are on the 1st floor and in the rest of the farmhouse’s ground floor. You have a private entrance and because of the layout of the house your privacy is ensured. You also have a private secluded garden in front of the house on the other side of the tiny and very quiet road so you can enjoy privacy while relaxing, sun bathing or dining.
