My family and I spent two days at the Villa. It was Perfect and amazing. Clean and everything organized. The pool and slide was amazing for the kids. The working hot tub amazing for the adults. BBQ Grill outside and we were walking distance from Pigeon Point. The Cleaning crew was amazing and very accommodating during check-out time. I will strongly recommend to all my family and friends.

10 of us stayed at this Villa whilst attending a family wedding for 7 nights. I was in contact with Vanessa prior to the stay, who was very helpful and responsive. We met Adleine, the housekeeper, at check in who was the most loveliest and kind individual. She was incredibly helpful, informative and provided the best service. Adleine came to clean the villa at the middle of our stay and did an impeccable job. The facilities were great. The pool was lovely and spacious. The slide was thoroughly enjoyed! I’ve rated 4 stars and not 5 for 2 reasons. Firstly, the jacuzzi jets would only come on every 30 mins and would stay on for 1-2 minutes (we had timed this and informed Adleine at check out). Secondly, the shower floor was wood and not very comfortable to go in bare foot so everyone showered with their flip flops on. I would recommend this villa especially with having the lovely Adleine helping out. I would definitely book this villa again as long as the jacuzzi jets are repaired.

Overall lovely house and would stay here again. Location is great, walkable to beaches and the Avenue. Nice gated community, felt very safe. Flexible checkout time and lovely house keeper. Only downsides to this house during my stay was jacuzzi heating / jets wasn’t working efficiently. It kept stoping and wasn’t very warm. There’s wood in the bathroom shower which makes the bathroom have an old smell due to the constant wet wood. The gate for the community needs to be able to open from inside the house as it’s inconvenient having to walk 8mins to open the gate. However the above concerns can easily be fixed!

Rain was very responsive, and the place was spacious, had lots of amenities to make our stay comfortable. One guest complained of stained sheets but other than that, overall the place was clean and comfortable and the group felt safe. the Only difficulty I'd mention was the key fob for the security gate hardly worked and we often had to walk down the street to stand directly in front of the security gate in order for it to work. It was also a little hard to get a taxi in the gate due to issues with security gate - we found this to be an inconvenience. The property manager was very nice, and helpful and even walked us down to the mini mart herself and gave us valuable information and directions. Very Sweet!
