Quiet residential area near El Cerrito Shopping Plaza. Photos are accurate. Small kitchen & sitting area, large bedroom & bathroom. Sunny backyard, with nice seating, weather was great during my stay. All amenities were provided as listed. Host Kerry was responsive & helpful.

Very quiet, really comfy bed. Nice art. Pitcher of milk in fridge was lovely touch. Delicious blueberry muffin! Small hiccup first night - immediately and thoroughly resolved with a bit of good humor! Parking is tricky on steep hill but there are spaces and it seems very aafe

Kerry's place was such a nice refuge for my stay in El Cerrito, CA. I have friends in the area and it was nice to have my own space to come back to while still getting to visit with them. There is a cute kitchen area; a hang out area with 2 comfortable chaise couches; a bedroom with a comfortable bed and plenty of places to put things (dresser, 2 bedside tables and a closet); and a bathroom with a tube. Private entrance and a quiet area. Kerry was very responsive to questions and requests. All together a very nice stay! Thank you!
