a nice spot for a night’s rest. walkable to a sweet coffee truck and a brewery. the grounds were well kept, and peaceful. a bit overpriced, but, hey, we’re on kawa’i. 🤙🏽

Tv didn’t work and trash pick up day was Friday morning. Unexpected loud but overall good for the first night.

Me and my boyfriend have stayed plenty times at Kaua’i Palms Hotel and every time has been an amazing experience! We highly recommend staying with them and will do so again! :-) BIG mahalos!

Management accused us of breaking the TV and are trying to get us to pay $250 to replace it. Their reasoning for blaming us includes that the Housekeeping Manager inspects every room before a new guest checks in. When we checked in at 9:00pm the first thing we noticed was that the shower had not been properly cleaned, and there was a pile of dust and hair at the foot of the bed. The Housekeeping Manager clearly lacks some attention to detail. We didn't turn on the TV until our 2nd night, after hiking in Waimea Canyon. The screen was nothing but static, so we shut it off and went to bed. The other part of their reasoning for blaming us is that we "didn't report it right away". Considering there is no staff on premises after 8pm, and we arrived at 9pm, there was no opportunity to report anything to anybody. We left early the next morning for our hike, and again arrived after 9pm on our second night. Before checking out in the morning, I did report the broken TV to the manager.
