Beautiful home and property. Everything you would want for an amazing family getaway! I would 100% recommend this property and I hope we have a chance to go back.

Lovely spot on a private pond. The home was very clean and Darrell is great to work with - very kind and responsive. One thing we hadn’t seen is that the house doesn’t come with linens or towels but the owner made an exception and purchased them for us. The only other thing we noticed is that there is limited storage for clothes (only drawers are in primary bedroom) and there are no hanging rods or hangers.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was adorable and cozy, and was the perfect home base for our trip to the Cape.

Sweet updated cape house on a beautiful pristine pond. Enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks and loved how close we were to all the great cape beaches (nothing more than a 25 min. drive to Nauset, Chatham Light House, etc). Nice quiet dead end street.
