The amazing view from the 6th floor is high enough for an outstanding 180-degree panoramic view of the ocean and miles of white sandy beaches. The private balcony offers a chill space to watch surfers and enjoy your favorite drink. On site, there is access to the beach, tennis, pickleball and a swimming pool. This condo is centrally located near everything! There are limitless opportunities for adventure and relaxation. There are 40 beach access points all along S. Fletcher, where this condo is located. Fortunately, this condo provides private entry to the beach so you don't have to struggle with packing and parking. The condo is centrally located next to everything Amelia has to offer - restaurants, live music, golf, boating, biking, fishing.

Perfect place to stay!!

went for a beach weekend with my sister and had a delightful time. we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. the ocean view was amazing, and we could fall asleep to the sound of the waves. nice pool, easy beach access.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Kristy's place, to be right on the beach and have the ocean views was amazing. The space itself was beautifully decorated and very clean .We would definitely stay here again !

This was the perfect condo for my family’s spring break! Checkin was easy . The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean! Our view from balcony was amazing! Fernandina is our home away from home and Amelia by the Sea is our favorite place to stay! We definitely would book this room again.

Right in the heart of Amelia island and just minutes from downtown Fernandina Beach, including several boutique shops, restaurants, bars, night life, live music, and 14 miles of sandy warm water beach. Fort Clinch State Park is also only 2 miles away- great for shark teeth hunting

You can easily get around on a bike. Bike rentals drop off and pick up the bike upon your request. There’s also other rental options, golf cart, electric bikes and vespas, and tri-bikes. If you have or rent a car, you have a gate key pad and a parking spot on premises. If you have groceries or luggage, we have carts to make your journey from the car to the elevator and unit easy.
